This Rollerband is made of Hardwood and is 12' long and has four holes, and is designed to fit tubed bands. It is unique in that it replaces typical resistance band handles, carabiners, and rings. With the Rollerband Mini, you can adjust the length and resistance of your bands by sliding them through the dowel-like holes via the LoopNlock system.
